1. Booking Confirmation

Upon deciding to book one of our tours or after successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include:

  • Tour name, dates, and other relevant details
  • Number of participants
  • Invoice link for payment, if applicable
  • Total amount paid and any remaining balance

Please check all details in the booking confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

2. E-Tickets / Invoices

2.1 Delivery Timeframe

Confirmation or e-tickets will be sent to your registered email address within 1 business day of the payment being received.

2.2 Contents

Your e-ticket / invoice will typically include:

  • Tour name and dates
  • Lead traveler names
  • Meeting time and location
  • Contact information
  • Any special instructions or requirements

3. Last-Minute Bookings

3.1 Definition of Last-Minute Bookings

We consider bookings made within 24 hours of the tour start time as last-minute bookings.

3.2 Special Arrangements

For last-minute bookings, please contact our customer service immediately after booking. We will make special arrangements to ensure you receive all necessary documentation before your tour.

4. Changes or Cancellations

In the event of any changes or cancellations to your tour, we will notify you via email and/or phone as soon as possible.
