Policy valid: 01-Sept-2023 to 01-June-2025
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. The guest may cancel for any reason at least 24 hours prior to the tour, or at any time if the reason for cancellation is beyond the guest’s control.
You may choose to pay cash or make a deposit online. If you choose to pay cash, we will not ask for a deposit and you will pay at the end of the tour after we have successfully completed the tour.
If you choose to make a deposit (partial or full) online, your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the tour date for any reason. Guests are also entitled to a full refund at any time for reasons beyond their control.
Reasons that are considered beyond our mutual control include, but are not limited to: illness, injury, unexpected disability, sudden changes in cruise itinerary, sudden changes in cruise schedule, ship unable to dock due to bad weather, medical emergencies on board, weather emergencies, Relax Day Tours is unable to deliver due to emergency.
We advise our clients to inform us in advance of any mobility limitations so that we can be prepared to assist you in the best way possible. Known disabilities should not be a reason for cancellation, as we can accommodate most cases when conducting our excursion.
