Payment
You should take US dollars in low denominations, enough for your expenses during the trip. In most supermarkets and restaurants you can pay with credit or debit card.
No. Infants under 3 years old don’t pay, you can bring them for free. Children from 3 to 12 years old pay a discounted price. Adults (13 years old and up) pay the regular price for the tour.
Preparation
A few things that we recommend you to bring are:
- Mosquito repellent
- Sunscreen
- Swimwear
- A raincoat
- A hat or cap
Also, but not mandatory, you could bring:
- Your own bottled water
- Binoculars
- Some snacks
- Photographic camera (recommended)
We recommend comfortable clothes & shoes, and a raincoat in case of rain. Keep in mind that the weather is usually warm.
Refunds
If the cruise ship is late, we will wait for you as long as possible until we are sure you’ve checked in.
In the unfortunate event that your cruise ship doesn’t arrive or is too late to adjust the schedule, we are unable to deliver the tour.
Reservation
Booking your tour on any date is free. You can book your tour online by sending a message via the website’s form located at the right side of the tours description (please state your desired excursion, date of arrival and cruise ship) or by writing to us directly at contact@relaxdaytours.com. We will provide all the required information and coordinate pickup time & location with you via e-mail. We will usually answer your inquiries within 4 hours.
You pay the balance in cash on the day of the tour. You don’t have to include infants in the booking as they travel for free.
